We all do it. We just think we’re the only ones.

🧠 Alone But Not Alone

There’s something you do when no one’s around.

It’s quiet. It’s weird.
And if anyone walked in mid-moment…
You’d pretend it never happened.

Here’s the twist:
95% of people do it too.
They just think you’d judge them for it.

🔄 What Is It?

It might be one of these:

  • 🗣️ Talking to yourself out loud—and not just talking… full arguments.
  • 🚪 Picking your nose and eating it.
  • 🪞 Making faces in the mirror to see “what you’d look like” in a crisis.
  • 🧠 Replaying fake conversations with someone who wronged you… and finally winning.
  • 🛏️ Lying in bed imagining an alternate life path with your ex.

Sound familiar?

If even one of those hit…
You’re not alone.

You’re just part of the 95% club—those of us living secret inner lives in a world that pretends we don’t.

🤫 So Why Don’t We Talk About It?

Shame.
Somewhere along the way, we were taught:

“If it’s not normal, don’t admit it.”

So we bottle up the weird.
We suppress the spirals.
We put on a mask so believable, we forget we’re even wearing one.

But the mask cracks at night.
When the door’s locked.
When the light’s off.
When you’re just you—unfiltered, unedited, unshared.

🔍 What Else Are We All Hiding?

We imagine everyone else has it together.
That their thoughts are clean.
That their minds don’t wander into strange, beautiful, scary places.

But guess what?

We’re all just as weird.
Just as emotional.
Just as haunted by invisible rituals and private loops.

And somehow…
That makes it feel a little less lonely, doesn’t it?
